Terms of Use

KŌINImemo · Effective October 26, 2026

What KŌINImemo is

KŌINImemo is a free record-keeping utility. It helps you write structured memos to public blockchain networks using your own wallet. It never holds funds, never moves value, charges no fees, and provides no financial services of any kind. Network gas fees are paid by you directly to the blockchain network, never to us.

Your responsibility

Everything you write in a memo is published by you, permanently, to a public network. You are solely responsible for what you publish. Do not publish content that is unlawful, that infringes others' rights, or that you may later wish to remove — removal is impossible. You are responsible for safekeeping of your wallet, keys, and any encryption passphrases; losing a passphrase makes encrypted notes permanently unreadable, and nobody can recover them.

Content shown by the app

Memos displayed in the app are public blockchain data written by third parties. We do not create, endorse, or verify them. The app provides tools to hide, block, filter, and report content; blockchain data itself cannot be altered or deleted by us or anyone.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Blockchain networks, RPC endpoints, and wallet apps are operated by third parties; we do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or behavior. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including gas spent on failed transactions or content published by you or others.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
